| The Erasmus family of Mookgophong originated the
idea to develop this unique estate. They approached the
initial professional team members to get the ball rolling to secure
the rights to develop their farm into a golf estate and hydro. |

| After persisting for more than a year, they succeeded in
finalising the rights to develop the farm and signed a contract with
former world number one lady golfer, Annika Sorenstam, to design the
championship golf course. |

| The development is a true family affair with father, Faan
Erasmus, and his wife, Mara-Anna, involving their 5 children in the
decision-making process. |

| On a day-to-day basis, the developer's responsibilities are
carried by Faan and his second son, Gert - very capable in his own
right as an Industrial Engineer. |

| For the family, it is a matter of pride to leave
a legacy to their community and the people of the area. Their
approach in the whole development is one of quality and value above all else
